This was a comprehensive remodeling project in a 100-year-old house where we designed a modern-style attic with ample storage, precisely what our client requested. We began by framing, adapting to all the requirements of the planned interior design in collaboration with our client. After the insulation, we proceeded with the installation of drywall, mud, taping, and three finishing coats to achieve a smooth finish on walls and ceiling. All carpentry work was customized to our client’s preferences, including leveling the concrete subfloor and installing new flooring. We also handled all electrical work, installed new fixtures and lighting, added modern baseboards and frames to windows, and implemented a new heating and air conditioning system and fresh paint.
